12 - If we choose the third codon , which is ACG or 1EQ we obtain 5  as reached value  at the level of the column Quotient         ( AA ) and Y as Reste ( R ) . This adds to the construction table:

13 - Let us now turn to the last figure to reach R for the Ser (serine) . So we go to the page of the RNA table corresponding to            Y as theReste ( R ) value and we see that there is 1 codon available, corresponding to R at the level of the column Quotient         ( AA )

14 - Only one choice for codons which is UUA or OO1 which gives us R as reached value at the column Quotient ( AA ) and T         as Reste ( R ). This adds to the construction table: ( See next page ).
