The division in yielding a periodical is out from any rules that make the harmony of a normal math operation. Such a division starts a process requiring an exact answer to be stopped, which the mathematical concept with the figures being implemented does not provide.

Besides bugging all neurotic (with good reason) when dealing with this kind of mathematical problem, I think the existence of periodicals is a concept, or a working math tool that can be used to explain certain realities encountered in nature. It is not new that mathematics reflects the realities around us, and with its flexibility that science converts our understanding of explained phenomena.

2 - Special property of the last figure of a Base

Knowing that the mathematical model reflects in a much better way the translation by using the base 21, the use of periodicals as a working tool is one of the most important cornerstones in this theory. After doing many and many divisions using the base 10 at first, in order to know the nature of these periodicals and how often they occur, I then realized that no matter the base you use, the last figure of the base when used as a divider, has the property to create periodicals with all the figures divided, except when it divides by itself..

For me, this property is important because once included in the representation model of the translation, this implied, regardless of the location of the break of my dividend, at this break automatically starts a periodical.
