2 - According to the table ( REST = O ) there are 12 possible codons to reach the value W
(For the results see Annex XXXV on the appropriate page number: 1 or 2 )
N.B. On the WEB site, page 1 and 2 are links to Annex 35 and so, for the future page referring to the construction step of mRNA and this, for the 12 pages of Annex 35 or XXXV.

P.S. From the RNA table
(1) For the bases, see the column corresponding to the Amorce and codons group.
(2) For figures, see the column Equivalent group.
(3) For the rest or remain, see the column Reste ( R ) group.
(4) For the value to reach, see the column Quotient ( AA ) group.
Let’s choose for the current example the first codon of the 12 accessible in the column group Amorce and Codons, ie CUU which gives us Reste ( R ) = A.
The result is:

3 - Now due to Reste ( R ) = A , let’s go to the page of the RNA table which corresponds to
Reste ( R ) = A for the search of the value 5 ( next value to be reached ) corresponding to Ala ( Alanine ) see third column of the group Quotient ( AA ).
4 - According to the frequency table of the figures reached by the 64 codons, there are 2 codons likely to complete the task, codons that can be located on the lines related to number 5 .
( See table of codons available on next page )
(For the results see Annex XXXV on the appropriate page number: 3 or 4 )
