5 - As in # 2, let’s choose for the moment the first codon among the two accessible. The ACU codon gives us5 as reached value and 3 as Reste ( R ) what has been added to our construction table below.
6 - Now, due to Reste ( R ) = 3 let’s go to the page of the RNA table which corresponds to this value of the reste
for the search of the next value to reach, that is to say 3 corresponding to Asn ( Asparagine ) . See third column titled Quotient ( AA ).
7 - Again, according to the frequency table, there are 6 codons that can give the value sought 3 , at the level of the third column of the group Quotient ( AA )

8 - Let us choose this time UAA the last of the codons in list. This gives us 3 as reached value and 4 as Reste ( R ) the whole added to the construction table ( see next page ).
